A: Yes. All items sold at Nadia’s Choice are carefully sourced and inspected. We do our best to research and describe each piece accurately based on markings, materials, age, and style. Opinions on age or origin may vary, and descriptions reflect our best assessment based on available information.

Q: Are all items vintage or antique?
A: Yes. Our shop specialises in vintage and antique pieces. Each listing clearly states what the item is and, where possible, its approximate age or period.

Q: Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?
A: Yes. All items are one of a kind, and the photographs show the exact piece you will receive.

Q: Do vintage and antique items show signs of age?
A: Yes. Due to their age, most items will show some signs of wear, patina, or use. This is part of their character and charm. Please read the full description and carefully review all photos, as they form part of the product description and condition report.

Q: Are chips, cracks, or repairs disclosed?
A: Absolutely. Any noticeable flaws, chips, cracks, or restorations are clearly described in the product listing and shown in the photos where applicable.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times depend on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and tracking information is supplied once your order is dispatched.

• UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing, which is outside our control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Returns and Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns on vintage and antique items?
A: Returns are accepted in line with our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, please ensure you review the description and photos carefully before purchasing.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours, providing clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

A: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
