Shelley Moorcroft Pomegranate Vase by Eric Slater 1929 Rare Collectible

A rare small vase embossed with richly colored fruit on a deep blue background. Intended as a new range of Intarsio, Eric Slater inspired by the work of William Moorcroft proposed this design to his father Walter and the first pieces were marketed in 1929. 

Printed Shelley, England mark.
